At DULCE STORE PARIS, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.
Ship to Paris
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point or scheduled courier pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
